In these Terms and Conditions, "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to the person accessing this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions. "Ourselves", "We" and "Us" refers to DIY Fimo.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We only collect information that we need to know from the client in order to complete the purchase process.
Confidentiality
Client information if collected, will never be divulged to any third party other than if legally required to do so when requested by the authorities.
We will not in any way share or sell your personal information to any third party. We will not use your e-mail addresses for unsolicited mails.
Payment
Bank transfers through internet banking and ATMs or Paypal transfers are acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full upon placing an order.
Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed before we mail the product out of our possession.
Once the products have been mailed, no cancellation will be allowed.
Notice of cancellation should be sent via email, mobile phone "text message" or mobile phone calls in-person.
We reserve the right to levy a SGD 0.50 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Refunds and Exchanges Policy
No refunds nor exchanges shall be offered.
Delivery
Deliveries will be made through Singapore Post Local Postage Services.
Once payment has been made by client, we will take 1-3 working days to mail the product and the package will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days by Singpost local postage.
Risk and Insurance
We are not liable for any package loses during transit if you did not apply for "local registered article" at SGD 2.24.
Losses of packages without registered postage will be deemed as a loss of the client thus, we will not mail a new package.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and Us. Your accessing of this website and undertaking of a purchase or Agreement indicates that you understand, agree to and accept the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
